2017 Dodge Ram Wont Shift Out Of Park

The Trailer Is Empty Or Less Than A Ton.

This morning would move out of park. The issue is that i have brake and headlights, but whenever i hit the parking light switch it cuts off the brake lights. Dodge ram truck wont shift into park or reverse.

Thinking About This Issue As Described In The First Post I Do Believe It Has Nothing To Do With The Transmission.
